I took the 101 class and then did Paddleboard yoga every weekend. The team at Paddle Up is terrific. A great help in teaching and a lot of fun to spend time with. They make it very easy to get on a board take off and return. They do all the heavy lifting! Paddle boarding is great exercise and the yoga classes were terrific. You don't have to know yoga and it is more fun falling in the water anyway! They have a great place at Rock Harbor marina and the river gives you unlimited miles for paddling. GO TRY IT!!!!
