Nashville's premier PAddling experience with a Pro Shop on the water !
Paddle Up is outstanding- the owners and employees are super knowledgeable about all things paddling and are situated in the beautiful rock harbor marina off the Cumberland. I’ve been going to Neil and co. for about a year and I can only say good things. I store my board with them, I purchase gear through them, and I’ve talked to them a bunch about the ins-and-outs of paddling in Middle TN. In all regards, I’ve had a great experience. Whether you are a beginner or serious about paddling and looking for events, hit them up, you won’t regret it! Also, they have cute dogs.
"This is the place to go."
I bought a Bark board and a Quickblade paddle from Neil and Cindy yesterday. I had kept an older board in board storage with them; so, when I was ready for an upgrade, I definitely wanted to buy from them. They are good people.
Along with their collective expertise, they keep in close contact with guys like Jim Terrell, founder of QB Paddles, Joe Bark, founder of Bark Paddleboards, Jeramie Vaine, professional SUP paddler and Surftech rep. et. al. Along with Neil, I got feedback on my paddle from Jimmy Terrell. Jeramie helped with board selection. There isn't a better place to get the best paddle and board for your needs in this part of the country.
For people interested in trying SUP, this is the place to go. Neil has a great set-up for newer paddlers. PaddleUp is the ideal spot both to learn to paddle and to grow into the sport.
